We arrived just after 7 (opening time) and the place was already full, so we waited around 45 minutes outside. The queue kept growing, but it was worth it. While waiting, we enjoyed chatting with another couple, and the staff brought us sparkling wine – a very nice touch. Once inside, the service was quick and well organised. We ordered their signature pasta tossed in the cheese wheel and the Tuscan steak. Both were excellent, as was the wine. The only thing I’d add is a side of greens to balance the meal. Overall, highly recommended.

Our favorite restaurant in Florence! The truffle pasta here is unlike anywhere else we tried in the city. You can tell the difference when they bring out the cheese bowl, the flavors are perfectly balanced, not overly salty. My personal favorite was the clam pasta. The fresh pasta had a perfect chew, paired with a simple yet unforgettable sauce. The tiramisu served with a scoop of ice cream on the side for a unique twist. On top of the amazing food, the staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I’m so glad we came here before leaving Florence!

You need to reserve! You will be asked to add your credit card to make the reservation. If you don't show up, you are charged 10 euros per person. Good for this restaurant to do so! I guess they were tired of no shows! This restaurant runs like a tightly run ship. You pick your time slot and when you get to the restaurant, you need to wait in line. After about 5 minutes you are seated. We ordered the calamari which was super delicate and soft to start. Then we had the Lamb and saffron risotto. Both delicious. I can understand why this restaurant is so busy. The food is delicious.

This place isn’t just hype—it’s the real deal! If you’re looking for authentic cheese wheel truffle carbonara pasta, this is the spot. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and absolutely unforgettable. I also tried their unique take on tiramisu, which was just as impressive—creamy, flavorful, and unlike any I’ve had before. Everything was super delicious, and I’d love to visit again. Just a heads-up: it’s a popular place, so definitely make a reservation in advance. Highly recommend for anyone craving a true Italian food experience!

We’ve struggled to find good places to eat in Florence but this was definitely a top one for us, it tasted amazing! The caprese salad was SO yummy, and the truffle pasta as well. My husband got the tar tar and wild boar and he liked those too. The only complaint I might have is that it’s really dark in there so it’s not the vibe when you go in the morning/lunch and the lighting is super low.

Seriously!!! The best meal I've ever had in Italy....and I've been to Rome and Milan as well. And the best Italian meal I've ever had anywhere....period. The service was bomb as well. Ignore the bad reviews it's amazing. It's tough to get in so reserve well in advance. Had the table side cheese wheel trufflecdish, unreal. The ravioli white chocolate desert was the best desert I've ever had and the same with the lasagna. Incredibly rich , fresh, unique, and decadent dishes. Great wine list too. Get in here if you can.

This meal was absolutely delicious! The restaurant itself was so charming and the food was delicious! We made a reservation and got seated right away. Our waiter spoke great English and gave us some of his recommendations! Definitely one of our favorite meals from our time in Firenze!
